Sales activity verification for teams that run on KPIs

Real Activity. Real Results.

KPI Shield compares the dials, talk time and conversations your dialer reports with the call evidence, and shows reviewers each discrepancy with the evidence behind it. Evidence, not scores. A person decides.

What it does

  • Verify activity

Check reported dials, talk time and conversations against the call records and transcripts.

  • Uncover insights

See where reported and observed activity disagree, and why: routing, lists, mapping or calling practice.

  • Drive performance

Find out whether your activity targets invite inflation, and what to measure instead.

  • Build pipeline

Plan capacity and forecasts on activity numbers you can check and correct.

  • Empower teams

Reps get a portal to acknowledge notices, see every decision made about their calls, add context and appeal. No scores, no leaderboards.

“Verified” means supported by the available evidence and the current analysis method. Anything else is marked unsupported or insufficient evidence, and what couldn't be checked is shown, not hidden.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Connect

Link Salesloft with an admin API key, or upload a call export from any dialer. Nothing to install for reps.

  2. Step 2

    Audit

We load the last 30 days, sort every call by how it ended on the phone network, and compare what was reported with what the call records and transcripts show.

  3. Step 3

    Review

Reviewers see each discrepancy with the evidence behind it: the calls, the day view, and the other explanations we checked. A person decides.

What it looks for

  • Very short dial attempts, and bursts of them
  • The same number redialed over and over without an answer
  • Calls logged by hand with no dialer record behind them
  • Conversations reported on calls the call evidence doesn't support
  • Extended automated connections: long stretches in phone menus and hold queues
  • Short answered calls logged as no answer

Every finding lists the other explanations it checked (outages, bad lists, spam-flagged caller IDs, busy lines, long phone menus in some industries) and the ones it couldn't. Findings are observations for review, not conclusions about intent.

What it never does

  • No score or ranking of reps
  • No emotion, tone or intent analysis
  • No voiceprints and no stored audio
  • No automated discipline: a person reviews every finding
  • No revenue-loss or pipeline-loss estimates
  • Personal calls are never quoted; a transcript labeled personal is deleted
  • Calls to HR, unions, legal and hotlines are never analyzed

Reps get a portal to acknowledge notices and register personal numbers. They always see the decisions made about their calls, and can add context and appeal to a different reviewer. Each company decides whether reps also see observations before anyone has reviewed them.

The Integrity Audit

A one-time, fixed-price look at the last 30 days: how calls ended on the phone network, where reported and observed activity disagree, and whether your activity targets invite inflation. You get the audit report and a working review queue.

From $1,500 for up to 50 reps, credited to your first year if you continue. Pricing

Book an audit
Capacity equivalent (your assumptions; not cash savings)

Puts a cost on rep time that a reviewer confirmed as avoidable. Use your finance team's blended figures and note the date they are from.

$62.50 per hour × 20 confirmed hours = $1,250.00 of capacity.

  • This is the cost of that time, not cash recovered. Don't add it to a revenue estimate for the same hours.
  • Only reviewer-confirmed, context-supported hours count. Time in phone menus or hold queues alone is not avoided work: parallel dialing and multitasking matter.
  • The audit reports minutes and confirmed corrections first. It doesn't estimate lost pipeline or revenue.
